This app will keep you up to date on the agenda, events, sponsors, and other information to help you get the most out of this year's Energy Summit.

PRE-SUMMIT MEETINGS: For those of you participating in early meetings Monday morning, a shuttle will be available from 9:00-10:00 a.m. from Greenwood Lot and Mountaineer Hall to the Plemmons Student Union. If you are arriving Monday morning for the meetings, you may park in the Greenwood Lot (see map on the app) and catch the shuttle. You may also park in the Stadium Lot and walk to the Plemmons Student Union. You will receive a parking pass when you check in for the meeting. You may also park in the Rivers Street Parking Deck, but you will need to pay for your parking upon leaving.

ON-CAMPUS HOUSING:  If you have registered for on-campus housing, you will be staying in Mountaineer Residence Hall (711 Poplar Grove Road, Boone, NC 28608). A linen bundle (two flat sheets, one pillow case, two towels, two wash cloths, and a light blanket) and a pillow will be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring an additional blanket and must bring their own toiletries (soap, shampoo, hair dryer, etc.)

*For more information on the residence hall, please visit:  http://housing.appstate.edu/pagesmith/62

Shuttle Schedule

HOUSING CHECK-IN: For those scheduled for Sunday check-in, please arrive between 3:00 - 4:00p.m. or 7:00 -11:00 p.m.  Monday check-in is from 9:00 a.m.-1:00p.m. or 7:00 -11:00p.m.

RESIDENCE HALLS: Directions to Mountaineer residence hall are on the app and websites.  Please drive around the building to the traffic circle to check-in and drop off your luggage. You will then be directed where to park.

PARKING: Parking for the Summit is provided in Greenwood Lot just past the Mountaineer Hall on Bodenheimer Drive. You may also park in Stadium Lot or any non-gated lot. Participants will receive a parking pass during check-in (either at the residence hall or when you collect name badge). If you are driving a state vehicle, you do not need a parking pass and may park in any space on campus. Shuttles will loop through Mountaineer Hall and the Greenwood Lots. Participants who park in Stadium Lot will need to walk to venues. A parking deck is also available on Rivers Street. Participants will be required to pay upon leaving the deck as the parking passes do not cover the parking deck.
