Hosted by: AppalFRESH (Appalachian Food Research for Equity, Sustainability and Health) Collaborative, a trans-disciplinary group of faculty, staff and students on ASU's campus who share an interest in outreach, education and research related to socially, economically an ecologically viable food systems.

Local Baked Potatoes and salad will be served with abundant toppings!
