Mountains to Mountains
Join us for a free one-time event sharing the story of how tens of thousands of lives are changing as a result of a simple meeting in 2015 between Wine To Water and Appalachian State University. From the Appalachians to the Himalayas, this is a story that will explain how community in Boone was a catalyst for one of Wine To Water's long-term international initiatives.
We will share the journey of this story from emergency relief to the efforts of today supporting sustainable development. It will be an event that will include the screening of W|W’s short film documenting this work, a keynote from W|W’s founder and 2009 CNN Hero, Doc Hendley, and a panel discussion followed by a Q&A.
